Good afternoon Don Strange Staff!  I want to thank you for the great job y'all did on our party!  It was a huge success!!!  I have heard so many great compliments about the event!  Your efficient party leader had everything running smoothly and was very quick to meet our requests.  His staff was friendly and always accommodating!  The food was wonderful!  I'm not sure what my favorite was but it seemed like almost everything was gone!  I did manage to take some tenderloin home and a couple avocados.  I never got to try the chocolate fountain (although we smelled it all night long), but I did have a dream last night about it (I was eating all the leftovers)!  The Buckhorn was an excellent place to have the event; it really let people move around to socialize and not stay in one corner with the same people.  This was our best party yet!  Thank you for doing such a fabulous job!

Dan and I would like to pass on some complimentary remarks to your staff who worked our daughter's wedding reception at the Weston Centre on Saturday, April 22, 2006 . When we met with two of your staff members on the Wednesday before, they offered several suggestions which proved to be very beneficial in the control of the crowd. It was immediately obvious that they were experienced with these kinds of events and knew just how to set up to be most efficient.

On the day, they were in there early, setting up everything. We received no complaints, only compliments. Please extend a special thank you to the team staff. Each was pleasant, neat in appearance and very attentive to our guests, offering their help in any way. Let me also mention they were very complimentary in regards to the bride and groom and the reception in general.

It was a most enjoyable evening due entirely to the efficiency of your team leader and staff. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all the compliments on the food and, of course, we owe it all to you. I wanted to thank you for the outstanding and incredible work you did for the Cortez – Skola rehearsal dinner. The food was fabulous! When she first told me that she wanted to incorporate a Texas Wedding Hoe Down of some sorts but on a more refined level, I immediately thought of Don Strange. The Buckhorn Museum was a perfect location for everyone involved. This was a destination wedding as only one guest was from San Antonio . It was enjoyed by all!

Dear Don Strange,

Comverge recently hosted the evening event for Advance 2006, our fourth annual Users' Group Meeting in April 12 th with Don Strange. We hosted approximately 90 energy professionals from across the country for a two day event, the highlight of which was our “Rodeo Night” held at the House on the Hill in Austin , Texas . Don Strange provided great food, excellent service, and fun western-style entertainment.

The service and attention to detail throughout the event was greatly appreciated. We received an endless stream of positive compliments about the event from our attendees – many of whom suggested we return to Austin for the 2007 event! I wanted to send over a personal “thank you” for working with us both prior to the event and while on-site to ensure that our attendees and VIPs had the best possible experience, from the Comverge branded steaks to the armadillo races.

As a corporate meeting planner, I have very high expectations for the companies and caterers I work with. I want everything to be just perfect and so I generally stress out about the details! Don Strange exceeded my expectations on every account – which is extremely rare (just ask my co-workers!). Every single one of your staff were extremely friendly and helpful – such a breath of fresh air!! Please send a special “thanks” to your staff member who helped me hang the 500 bananas I brought to decorate the venue!

I generally send these letters out as a formality and sometimes struggle to gloss over the things that weren't so great about a venue or caterer, but on this one, I really want to genuinely thank you all both from Comverge and from myself personally. I had such a great time! I sincerely hope our travels bring us back to Texas sooner rather than later.
